 Processing Times
We aim for high-speed performance.
* Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days.
* Custom PC Builds: Require a bit more "XP." Please allow 5–7 business days for assembly and testing.
* Pre-orders: Shipped as soon as they reach our inventory (check individual product pages for release dates).

We offer a variety of loot-delivery tiers based on your location and urgency:

* Delivery Time: Usually 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
 Tracking Your Loot
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Tracking Number via email. You can follow your package’s journey in real-time through the link provided.
 Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives looking like it took a hit from a Fireball spell, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Keep all packaging for insurance claims.
* We will prioritize a replacement or refund for any items damaged during transit.
